Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions represent a contract between Our House Help Services Ltd ("the Company") and the Client. Both parties shall ensure compliance with statutory regulations and codes of conduct.

By using our services, including placing an order via telephone, email, or platform forms, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Access to Property

1.1. Booking times are indicative and not exact. Services will be provided between 8 AM - 5 PM unless otherwise confirmed.

1.2. Clients are responsible for informing their building management of our team's arrival.

1.3. If access is not provided within 30 minutes of arrival, the team will move on without a refund.

2. Equipment

2.1. Clients may provide cleaning supplies or request them at an additional charge.

2.2. Clients must ensure access to running water, electricity, and adequate lighting.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment must be made in full before service commencement via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

3.2. If payment is not received, the Company reserves the right to charge the provided card.

4. Cancellation

4.1. Clients may cancel services with at least 24 hours' notice.

4.2. No refunds will be given once payment is made due to recruitment and staff assignment costs.

5. Non-Circumvention Policy

5.1. Clients and staff must not enter into agreements outside the Company’s knowledge.

5.2. Any arrangement for staff to resign and work directly for a Client may lead to legal action.
